Reading labels carefully is imperative for food allergy families – and so is understanding the many long and unfamiliar ingredients on those labels. These lists detail foods and ingredients to be avoided if your child is allergic to some of the most popular allergens: milk, soy, peanut, egg and wheat.
The lists are not exhaustive, but we think they’re a good start.
